BIOGRAPHY: Originally from Kentucky, I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Having grown up in bourbon country, I decided early on to get into the spirits industry, which I was fortunate enough to do in college. I helped start up Town Branch Bourbon and also worked at Wild Turkey for four years. I moved to Memphis in 2015 to help open Old Dominick Distillery.

DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOU DO: Manage all production related activities, product development, assist with sales, marketing and public relations.

WHAT IS YOUR WHY FOR WHAT YOU DO: Distilled spirits is something I’ve been passionate about from a young age, and I love talking to people about spirits. I’m fortunate to get to do what I love.

WHAT IS THE BEST BUSINESS ADVICE YOU WOULD GIVE TODAY TO YOUR YOUNGER SELF: Don’t doubt yourself or your abilities.

WHO WOULD BE INVITED TO YOUR DREAM DINNER PARTY AND WHY: JRR Tolkien, JK Rowling, Jane Austen, Philippa Gregory, Dan Brown… A whole bunch of authors. I would want to hear about the inspiration or their stories. I would invite Queen Elizabeth too… because why not?
