We went through an extensive process of meeting as a group with Community Foundation and Volunteer Odyssey to find a cause that meant something to the entire group.  After many meetings discussing values and organizations, we took a poll and found that our group wanted to support women, children, and mentorship.  With the help of both Volunteer Odyssey and Community Foundation, we found Dorothy Day House.
